My background in psychology combined with my extensive studies in spirituality help teens and adults uncover truth, align their values with their behavior, and retain their freedom while remaining in touch with their God-given sexuality.

Canden is an Los Angeles native and a renown Performance Poet/Author who graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University. She is an entrepreneur, the Founder of YPC International LLC, providing leadership development training in sex and sexuality for faith based organizations and abstinence resources for single Christian men and women. She is the author of Wholistic Purity: Sexual Health and Happiness for the Single, Abstinent Woman and has been featured on many media outlets and well-received, faith-based forums worldwide.
